What a nice field trip I had, recording the bell museum. I contacted the place few months ago and accepted to open the space just for the recording! The museum is situated exactly on the location of a previous bell foundry and factory!
see how a bell is built:
This recording session was incredible! First I learnt so much about bells and how they are made, it really refreshed my mind and made me aware of all the work that goes in the making of a bell!
We could approach and ring various type of bells. Furthermore they had a cowbell wall with 80 more cowbells of various types, really fun to play with.
